Business Operations is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Business Operations Y1 New Unit Published and Year One Complete!

Hello Business Operations Group Members,

We are happy to report that a new unit covering 17 instructional days has been published and is available for download, remix, and use. This is the final unit for Y1 and it is complete! We'd like to thank our Business Operations teacher who serves as our content specialist for contributing to this milestone.

Y1 U11 Entrepreneur Project guides students on a 17-day journey of planning, creating, and producing a Food Truck business and includes objectives such as:

Creating a business concept, mission statement, and unique value proposition
Determining offerings, target market, and operational strategies
Conducting research
Analyzing market data
Creating a marketing plan
Preparing a funding proposal
