Construction Technologies is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Hello Construction Technologies Group Members,

We are happy to report that a new Industrial Technologies unit of study has been published to the CTE Curriculum Connection and the 18 lessons included are available for you to download, remix, and use.

The lessons in this unit are aligned to ADE CTE Technical Standards for multiple program areas, including Construction Technologies, and cover topics such as:

Tape Measures and Rulers
Lab Safety and PPE
SDS
Fire Extinguishers
Electrical Hazards
Ladder Safety
Lifting and Body Mechanics
Fall Protection and Prevention
Emergency procedures
Hammers and Pry Tools
