In this lesson, Young Professionals will learn about the importance of nonverbal communication and evaluate body language. YPs will begin by playing a game of Body Telephone to get them thinking about nonverbal communication. Then, YPs will examine mystery data to uncover the importance of nonverbal communication. Next, YPs will activate their prior knowledge of body language and learn more about the different types of body language. Finally, they will reflect on their own body language in light of their new knowledge.

They will watch three short clips and identify barriers and bridges. To conclude the lesson, the YPs will reflect on what barriers and bridges they commonly use when communication gets tough.
