Culinary Arts is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Hello Culinary Arts Group Members!

We are happy to report that an updated Scope and Sequence and Task Analysis for your program have been uploaded to the CTE Curriculum Connection and are available for you to access, download, and use. Please note the content of the documents has not changed, but the format has been adjusted to make them more user-friendly.

You can locate them now via the Unit 0 Culinary Arts Design Curriculum Overview folder within the VETTED - Culinary Arts Curriculum Year 1 link in your program group HERE.

Feel free to save any items to your profile by using the orange Save button when viewing any resource.
