New Culinary Resources Added

Hello Culinary Arts Group Members! 

We are happy to report that the final two units for the Culinary Arts Year 1 Curriculum has been uploaded to the CTE Curriculum Connection and is available for you to access. 

You may now access Unit 16 Fruits and Unit 17 Vegetables via the Vetted Collection for Culinary Arts HERE.

Feel free to save any items to your profile by using the orange Save button when viewing any resource. 

Don't forget to visit the Training Hub for more details on what the CTE Curriculum Connection contains and how you can make the most out of the resources and collaboration features.

Jen,

I hope this note finds you well.  I am hopeful the Culinary II curriculum will be posted by the Fall.  What are your thoughts on this?  Stay well.

Hi Patti,

At this time we are just beginning to move forward with the Year 2 Curriculum  We have recently adopted a new Project Template for lessons so you'll see that format being incorporated more with the Y2 curriculum when it is developed or released.  Look for more informaiton and units being posted beginning this fall.

Is there a target date we are looking to have year 2 curriculum completed and up on the website.

Hi Chris,

At this time we are just beginning to move forward with the Year 2 Curriculum for Culinary.  It will likely be developed and published throughout the 20.21 school year. We'll be notifying users via this discussion forum when new resources are added.  We have recently adopted a new Project Template for lessons so you'll see that format being incorporated with the Y2 curriculum when it is released.  Look for more information and units being posted beginning this fall.
