Software and App Design is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Greeting Software and App Design Group Members,

A project was recently undertaken to align the previously published materials on the CTE Curriculum Connection to the most current set of ADE Technical Standards for your program. The updated collection consists of two units:

Year 1 Unit 1 Introduction to Computing (19 lessons)
Year 1 Unit 2 Digital Literacy and Ethics (9 lessons)

These resources are available for you to access now via the Group Resources Folders for Software and App Design HERE. Select the VETTED - Software and App Design Curriculum Year 1 folder to open and view the lessons.

Feel free to save any items to your profile by using the orange Save button when viewing any resource.

All of the previously published materials are still available and can be found in the Teacher Submitted - Software and App Collection, also available in the Group Resources Folders.
