Stagecraft is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Hello Stagecraft Group Members!

We are happy to report that 6 new lessons, plus terminology and a project, covering Year 2 Unit 6 Advanced Lighting Concepts have been published to the CTE Curriculum Connection.

In this unit, students will explore:

Electrical Safety and Flow
Lighting Design Principles
Lighting Plot Paperwork
Programming Cues
Planning the Lighting Design

and pull their learning together in a Production Lighting Project.

They are available for you to access now via the Group Resources Folders for Stagecraft HERE. Select the VETTED - Stagecraft Curriculum Year 2 folder to open and view the lessons.
