Welding Technologies is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Hello Welding Technologies Group Members!

We are happy to report that 5 new lessons covering Year 1 Unit 1 Safety aligned to the 2021 Technical Standards have been published to the CTE Curriculum Connection and are available for you to download, remix, and use. This includes lessons on:

Introduction to Welding
General Safety
Welding Shope Safety
Shop Tour
Scavenger Hunt

You may now access them now via the Welding Technologies Program Group Resources HERE by clicking the link for VETTED - Welding Technologies Curriculum Year 1.
