Welding Technologies is a 2 Carnegie unit program. This curriculum has been developed by teachers for teachers and is aligned to the Arizona state technical standards. Lessons are of high quality and consistent across all program areas. As Consortium members, teachers are encouraged to adjust and edit/remix them to make lessons “their own”.

Hello Welding Technologies Group Members!

We are happy to report that 7 new lessons covering Year 1 Unit 2 Blueprint Reading aligned to the 2021 Technical Standards have been published to the CTE Curriculum Connection and are available for you to download, remix, and use. This unit includes lessons on:

3 View Drawings
Types of Joint
Types of Groove Welds
Welding Symbols
Tape Measures and Rulers
Welding Procedure Specification
Guages and Tools
