Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) education association with a quarter million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The association has four divisions:

1. Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) for high school students

2. FBLA-Middle Level for junior high, middle, and intermediate school students;

3. Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) for post-secondary students; and

4. Professional Division for business people, FBLA-PBL alumni, educators, and parents who support the goals of the association.

Arizona Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a Career and Technical Student Organization that functions as an integral part of the Family and Consumer Sciences education curriculum and operates within the school system. Since 1946, Arizona FCCLA members have been making a difference in families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues.

Through participation in competitive events, becoming involved in community service opportunities, student leadership, and attending conferences, members develop real-world skills, explore Career Pathways, and become college and career ready.

Over 40,000 students participate in Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO). These dynamic organizations develop academic success through applied academics, promote choice and identification of career options and foster interpersonal skills in teamwork, communications human relations and social interactions. They also encourage excellence in scholarship, build character, promote citizenship, volunteerism and patriotism, endorse cooperation and cooperative attitudes among all people and provide opportunities for state, national and international travel through internships, camps and leadership conferences. The eight Arizona CTSOs are Arizona Thespians, DECA, Educators Rising, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, HOSA, and SkillsUSA.
